- Manage monthly forecast upload schedule into SAP for preparation of Purchase Forecast and Purchase Order Placement from MM team.
**2. Tracking Promotion Plan / Scheme running**
- Tracking & update the progress of activation scheme to related stakeholders (supply / resource planning) for preparation
- Address demand related queries and issues in a timely manner.
**3. Tracking Customer Order Fill Rate & Translate LE**
- Monitoring offtake vs forecast committed (of current month)
- Review MTD sales vs Forecast for properly alert for weekly meeting
- Develop rolling-8-week forecast by SKU by region and coordinate weekly LE updates for stock allocation management from MM
