Department Operations- LevelExperienced (Individual Contributor)- LocationVietnam - Ho Chi Minh CityThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
- Manage day-to-day network performance; identify key bottlenecks and react quickly to resolve any issues
- Identify key risk areas to the network operation and design mitigation strategies
- Identifying opportunities in the processes, including forecast, planning, physical processes to improve cost, quality and lead time;
- Drawing up a business case about (your) ideas for improvement, with which you convince stakeholders to set up the processes differently
- Collecting data and setting up improvement processes after data analysis;
- Prepare reporting tools/templates for Key performance indicators towards internal stakeholders as well as customers
- Managing multiple stakeholders, internal and external to Shopee Xpress, to align on a single goal and direction
**Requirements**:
- 3+ years of industry experience with proven business impact, have experience in operations excellence, supply chain analysis or logistics operations is a huge plus
- Functional data analysis skills and ability to quickly extract insights
- Excellent in communication with different stakeholders, have experience in project management or operations is a plus
- Have ownership of the project, always being active to work with relevant stakeholders. Hands-on mentality, eager to take initiative on new opportunities and deliver targets.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving attitude and continuous improvement mindset.
- Advanced Excel skills, PowerPoint/Slide Presentation. SQL is a plus
