**Responsibilities**:
Verticurl Vietnam is looking for a Digital Experience Creative/Design Director, who are responsible for new opportunity pitch as well as delivery of innovative digital project.
**Your role**
- Being responsible for the overall vision of the product gameplay, visual style, narrative, audio assets, and cinematics.
- Lead the process to pitch digital experience opportunity, Lead presentations
- Combine your strong knowledge and innovation of industry standards to deliver the best in class.
- Manage and work independently, under tight deadlines, while juggling multiple projects
- Lead a large cross-functional team to refine the process of collaboration that leads to great work.
- Assign creative member best suited for each project based on ability and workload
- Manage team workloads to maximize productivity of the design team
- Work closely with PMs/stakeholders to ensure that deadlines and budgets are met
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Creative Director or a Lead Digital Experience Designer with a background in Web or mobile or Game
- Proven experience building and leading teams through full production cycles.
- Proven experience pitching and working with clients to develop the vision, then collaborating with the leadership team, Creative technologist, designers, developers and artists to bring that vision to fruition.
