to:

  • Freight & Customs Management: Oversee and coordinate import/export documentation and clearance with freight forwarders and customs authorities. And, also ensure smooth replenishment cycles by supporting inbound freight planning and managing local transport networks.
  • Warehouse Operations: Work with 3L providers on operations to ensure timely fulfillment, including distribution of product (inbound and outbound), warehousing to achieve targeted KPIs & SLA.

You're a fit for this role, if you:

  • A background in Operations, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
  • Hands-on experience with import/export procedures, customs clearance, and 3PL warehouse management in Vietnam.
  • Familiarity with Incoterms, freight documentation, and customs regulations (VNACCS, CO, etc.).
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience, ideally in a high-growth or fast-paced environment such as logistics or supply chain industries.

  • Issue Resolution & Supplier Communication
  • Act as the first point of contact for resolving supply-related issues raised by the warehouse through the ticketing system.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to check product issues, incomplete deliveries, or compliance gaps.
  • Follow through on corrective actions to ensure issues are closed and processes are improved.
  • Operational Support & Escalation Handling
  • Manage ad hoc supply chain or fulfillment problems involving suppliers and internal teams.
  • Provide regular status updates and support smooth communication flow to avoid disruptions.

** Key Requirements

Experience & Background

  • 1–2 years of experience in supply operations, procurement, accounting, or logistics is preferred.
  • Experience working with suppliers or coordinating between multiple departments is a strong plus.

Skills

  • Strong skills in data analysis, validation, and quality control.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with product information systems or eCommerce platforms.

Mô tả công việc:

  • Giám sát tiêu chuẩn và tiến độ công việc của đối tác nhằm đảm bảo chất lượng giao nhận hàng hoá (thực hiện đúng kế hoạch; chính xác, an toàn và hiệu quả)
  • Lập kế hoạch, sắp xếp và điều phối lịch trình vận chuyển hàng hóa với các đối tác.
  • Kiểm soát và quản lý hệ thống quản lý kho (Portal) cập nhật và chính xác
  • Kiểm soát tồn kho chính xác, an toàn
  • Kiểm soát các chỉ số hiệu suất quan trọng
  • Nắm vững quy trình công việc và yêu cầu đào tạo tiêu chuẩn công việc.
  • Hoàn thành các tổng hợp dữ liệu và báo cáo đúng hạn và chính xác
  • Giải quyết, lập báo cáo sự cố (hàng hóa, thiết bị, con người.)
  • Lập báo cáo đúng thời hạn và chính xác
  • Đảm bảo hoạt động an toàn, hiệu quả của các trang thiết bị, công cụ dụng cụ làm việc
  • Chịu trách nhiệm chính, đồng thời hướng dẫn đối tác trong việc cải tiến, nâng cao chất lượng dịch vụ và hiệu suất công việc
  • Dự báo và chuẩn bị nguồn nhân lực sẵn sàng đáp ứng nhu cầu công việc
  • Nắm vững các điều luật liên quan đến người lao động và an toàn kho
  • Tạo dựng và duy trì mối quan hệ tốt nhà cung cấp và các đối tác (vận tải, kho bãi)
  • Lập báo cáo định kỳ về tình hình vận chuyển, chi phí và các vấn đề phát sinh.
  • Các nhiệm vụ khác theo sự phân công công việc của Supply Chain team

Yêu cầu:

  • Học vấn: Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng trở lên
  • Khu vực làm việc thường xuyên: Bắc Ninh.
  • Có ít nhất 1 năm kinh nghiệm về Supply Chain hoặc CVS (ưu tiên)
  • Yêu thích công việc liên quan đến lập kế hoạch, đánh giá dịch vụ, xử lý số liệu và đòi hỏi tính tỉ mỉ, chi tiết cao.
  • Trung thực, có khả năng chịu áp lực cao, có tinh thần cầu tiến và có tính kỷ luật cao.
