1.Stock report (20%)
Daily make stock analysis to find out item having problem with OOS, Over Stock, minus stock
Send report to relevant party for corrective action
Follow up until the issue is fixed
- Inventory (20%)
Conduct yearly inventory and partial inventory to ensure physical goods is the same with sales stock on the system
Control shrinkage at Stores
- Stock management (15%)
Monthly evaluate Supplier's delivery performance (OTIF rate)
Meeting and Join business plan with main suppliers to increase stock availability
- SKU management (15%)
Monthly review SKU with slow moving or No sale
Work with MD to have action plan (return, clearance…)
Work with MD to decide SKU cut/plus
Evaluate stock effectiveness via some certain KPI: Stock day, using SKU….
- Team management (10%)
Assign staff in daily work to ensure Team target achievement
Recruit, coach and train staff to be a competent team
- Reporting (10%)
Reporting to the immediate manager all relating issues in the job in charge daily, weekly, monthly and yearly.
Doing other reports as requested the immediate Manager and/ or Functional Team leader.
- Others (10%)
Be responsible to follow strictly the Company's regulations, Memo, Procedure.
Doing others works/tasks as requested by the immediate Manager, Functional Team leader.
Support other colleagues to complete works, if requested.
Being ready to travelling oversea and local cities and provinces for business.

Key Responsibilities
- Work with related teams and stakeholders to manage the customer's International Supply Chain.
- Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with customer SOP.
- Ensure smooth execution of the end-to-end shipments by working closely with the customers, carriers, and vendors as well as internal stakeholders.

Who We Are Looking For

- At least 03 years experience as Supply Chain Management / Operation Management / Customer Experience or similar role(s) in the freight forwarding and logistics industry
- Experience with Supply Chain Management (SCM) / end-to-end product(s) is a big plus
- Bachelor's Degree, majoring in Logistics and Supply Chain Management is preferable
- Language proficiency: Native Vietnamese, Professional English level. Chinese fluency is a big plus.
