Title: HRSS Pillar Analyst (Payroll Administrator)

**Salary**: from 10,000,000 VND/Month, Gross
Duration: 3 months (project banking)
Job Purpose:
The HRSS Pillar Analyst is responsible for providing on-ground support to HRSS-supported processes in relation to GCB Strategy refresh in representing HRSS.
Job Background/context:
Human Resources Shared Services (HRSS) provides HR-shared services covering Onboarding, Employee Lifecycle, Off-boarding, Payroll and Time Tracking, Compensation Administration, and Service Delivery as well as HR systems support. In partnership with HR, HRSS strives to provide excellent customer service through its product offering to employees and managers whilst focusing on process re-engineering and initiatives to enhance the Shared Services role in bank.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent HRSS Pillars to meetings with HR or other teams HRSS collaborates with.
- Coordinate Execute and Work with Payroll teams for requirements and actions needed to compute for Final Pay Computations.
- Create and maintain working templates for data collection needed by the Buyers’ Payroll System
- Coordinate and Review with the Retirement vendor for the retirement computations.
- Work with NEMS for the collation of paperwork and submit to government agencies needed forms to facilitate change in employment of the employees.
- Consolidate queries raised by managers and employees throughout the divestiture.
- Create scripts and materials with discussion with Country HR, and Country HR Employee Relations to ensure alignment and in support of communications.
- Training the Inquiry Management teams in supporting and answering queries related to the project
- Create, design, and identify reports that will be needed for data integration as identified in the divestiture.
- Document and prepare the necessary Employee Data Records needed in Divestiture.
- Discuss and review the next steps for the handover of physical ad soft-copy documents
