Given a product line(s) assignment, the current company appetite, and sales guidelines, the job holder will manage a sales team to achieve assigned target in premium and increase the business for personal and small to mid-size commercial accounts.
**II. JOB DUTIES**
- Ensure assigned team sales target and operating objectives is met in alignment with overall Company sales and profitability objectives.
- Recruits and hires qualified sales representatives, and support staff to meet producer management and other support requirements.
- Trains and develops all staff on both sales and non-sales areas. Contributes to the long-term growth and development of sales staff.
- Manages a team of producers for productivity and profitability: manages performance of sales staff to ensure that high performance expectations are set and communicated; results are monitored; and high performance standards are maintained and regularly adhered to. - Conducts regular field work to keep abreast of local market conditions, industry changes and competitive activities that may impact sales; informs management as needed. Provides market knowledge and direction to producers and sales team.
- Consistently identify opportunities for improving the customer experience and involving the appropriate departments (Underwriting, Marketing, Sales ) to review and make changes
- Provides timely evaluations to direct manager on customer response and effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Submits accurate and timely reports as required or requested.

- General knowledge of financial, banking and insurance products and experience working in Financial institutions such as Banks or(and) Insurance companies is required.
- Excellent telesales management skills especially in finance, banking and insurance products
- A thorough knowledge of selling skills and the personal ability to sell. Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Computer literacy, high level of analytical ability and problem-solving skills.
