Responsible for ensuring our products meet the established standards of quality including reliability, usability and performance required for distribution and the market.
**Main responsibilities**:
- Manage departmental operating budgets and costs according to annual allocation to ensure efficient usage of resources, where applicable

- Coordinate with warehouse and other departments to prepare for the internal audit, external audit, and QA monitoring
- Monitor, evaluate and deliver quality inspection report of non-conformity activities of Logistics
- Provide specialist technical advice and support to management and staff on quality assurance matters in accordance with established policies, procedures and legislative requirements
- Direct and train QA Staff to strictly follow the procedures and work instructions of the Company and department. Monitor daily operation of QA department
- Train new QA Staff, logistics staff to comply with GxP, SOP, product knowledge, product safety and hygiene, operation guideline, etc.
- Work closely with customer service to understand customer’s complaint regarding to the quality matters, cooperate with other department and principal for a quickly corrective and preventive action

- Certify Suppliers regarding to product quality
- Submit reports based on actual activities to BOD for regular reviewing
- Carry out other tasks as assigned by the management
- Provide leadership, guidance and expertise to the entire team within a dynamic matrix organization. Work with the team to ensure ongoing development of their expertise, quality execution and achievement of career goals.

**Requirements**:
- Prior experience in Quality Assurance field with food/ milk (nutrition) / pharmaceutical background are preferred
- At least 2-year experience at Manager level with significant achievements
