Mô tả công việc:
1. Quản lý sản phẩm (Product Management)
Hỗ trợ đăng tải và quản lý dữ liệu sản phẩm trên các nền tảng thương mại điện tử (bao gồm mô tả, hình ảnh, thông số kỹ thuật, banner, nội dung, trang chi tiết sản phẩm.).
Đảm bảo thông tin sản phẩm chính xác và luôn được cập nhật mới nhất.
Tham gia kiểm duyệt chất lượng để đảm bảo danh mục sản phẩm đồng bộ, đầy đủ và không sai sót.
Tối ưu hóa hiển thị sản phẩm, quản lý giá và chương trình khuyến mãi nhằm thúc đẩy doanh số và tăng trưởng doanh thu.
2. Hỗ trợ bán hàng & khuyến mãi (Sales and Promotion Support)
Hỗ trợ xây dựng và triển khai các chương trình khuyến mãi, chiến dịch marketing trực tuyến.
Theo dõi hoạt động của đối thủ cạnh tranh và chiến lược giá.
Hỗ trợ xử lý đơn hàng và phối hợp để đảm bảo giao hàng đúng hạn.
Phân tích dữ liệu bán hàng để nhận diện cơ hội tăng trưởng.
Thực hiện thiết lập chiến dịch, sử dụng công cụ khuyến mãi và tối ưu hóa các công cụ bán hàng trong nền tảng.
3. Chăm sóc khách hàng (Customer Services)
Trả lời thắc mắc của khách hàng liên quan đến sản phẩm, đơn hàng hoặc các vấn đề kỹ thuật trên website.
Cung cấp dịch vụ khách hàng chuyên nghiệp, góp phần duy trì hình ảnh thương hiệu tích cực.
Hỗ trợ quản lý hoạt động vận hành gian hàng trên các sàn thương mại điện tử, website chính thức ) và/hoặc các kênh mạng xã hội.
4. Phân tích dữ liệu & Báo cáo (Data Analysis and Reporting)
Hỗ trợ thu thập và phân tích dữ liệu về lưu lượng truy cập, hiệu suất bán hàng và hành vi khách hàng.
Lập báo cáo định kỳ để nhận diện xu hướng và đề xuất cải thiện.
Đóng vai trò là đầu mối liên hệ trong việc xử lý các vấn đề phát sinh từ nền tảng hoặc quá trình vận hành.
Hỗ trợ Quản lý Thương mại (Commercial Manager) trong các hoạt động vận hành hàng ngày của nhóm.
Yêu cầu công việc :
Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Kinh doanh, Marketing, Quản trị hoặc lĩnh vực liên quan.
Có kinh nghiệm 1–2 năm trong mảng E-commerce, Trade Marketing hoặc Sales (ưu tiên ngành FMCG/retail).
Thành thạo Excel, PowerPoint; biết sử dụng các nền tảng E-commerce là lợi thế.
Kỹ năng giao tiếp, tổ chức công việc và làm việc nhóm tốt.

As the "brain" and "growth engine" of the company in the Vietnam market, you will be fully responsible for developing and executing growth strategies. With a data-driven mindset, you will deeply analyze the market, competitors, and consumer behavior while driving alignment across supply chain, marketing, and product functions to achieve strategic breakthroughs in GMV, profitability, and market share.
What You'll Do
1. Strategy & Business Operations (35%)
• Develop overall business strategies for the Vietnam market on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, including GMV targets and budget planning, and take full responsibility for execution.
• Conduct in-depth competitor analysis, study market trends and consumer behavior to identify new opportunities and growth points (e.g., new product categories, new sales channels, new marketing models).
• Play a key role in business decision-making by quickly and accurately feeding back market demands to the supply chain team in China, thereby driving optimization of product selection, pricing, and inventory planning.
• Build and improve data monitoring systems (Dashboards), providing regular in-depth analytical reports to the leadership team as a solid basis for strategic decisions.
2. Data-Driven Marketing & Growth (35%)
• Take full ownership of developing and executing omni-channel marketing strategies (on-site & off-site), including e-commerce platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, as well as social media channels like Facebook, Zalo, Google, and KOL/KOC networks.
• Build a precise marketing framework with key metrics such as CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), LTV (Customer Lifetime Value), and ROI (Return on Investment), while continuously optimizing ad strategies and budget allocation.
• Design and lead large-scale integrated marketing campaigns (e.g., shopping festivals, branding campaigns) to boost brand awareness and user conversion rates.
• Develop and implement customer lifecycle management models, leveraging data analytics to drive user retention, repurchase frequency, and brand loyalty.
3. Team Building & Cross-functional Collaboration (20%)
• Build a high-performing local marketing team from scratch or optimize the existing team; recruit, train, and manage talent across operations, advertising, content, and social media.
• Act as a bridge between China–Vietnam business operations, collaborating effectively with headquarters (purchasing, supply chain, product, design) and local teams in Vietnam (customer service, logistics) to ensure strategic alignment and efficient execution.
4. Localization & Brand Building (10%)
• Deeply understand Vietnam's culture, consumer habits, and legal environment to ensure product and marketing strategies are relevant and compliant.
• Position and develop the brand image in Vietnam, crafting impactful brand storytelling.
