Marketing và quảng cáo: Triển khai hoặc phối hợp triển khai các chiến dịch quảng cáo, chương trình khuyến mãi. Theo dõi và phân tích hiệu quả các chiến dịch chạy quảng cáo.

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced E-commerce Operations Manager to lead their remote operations team. This position is pivotal in overseeing all aspects of the online sales channel, ensuring seamless customer experiences, and driving operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce logistics, inventory management, order fulfillment, and customer service. As a fully remote role, exceptional organizational skills, proactive communication, and the ability to manage a distributed team are essential.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
  • Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, forecasting, and procurement to prevent stockouts and minimize overstock.
  • Coordinate order fulfillment processes, including picking, packing, shipping, and returns, to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) providers and shipping carriers.
  • Implement and manage efficient warehousing and storage solutions.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for e-commerce operations, such as conversion rates, average order value, shipping times, and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  • Manage customer service inquiries and escalations, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment with promotional activities and product launches.
  • Stay up-to-date with e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Manage the e-commerce budget and control operational costs.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and e-commerce policies.
  • Lead and mentor a remote team of operations specialists.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve the overall online customer journey.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (e.g., 5+ years) in e-commerce operations management.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce).
  • Expertise in inventory management, order fulfillment, and supply chain logistics.
  • Experience working with 3PL providers and shipping carriers.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills, essential for a remote role.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems is a plus.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing principles as they relate to e-commerce is beneficial.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction.
