Our client is seeking an innovative and results-driven Head of E-commerce Growth & Strategy to lead their online sales initiatives. This is a fully remote position, enabling you to drive e-commerce success from anywhere. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive strategies to maximize online revenue, customer acquisition, and lifetime value across all digital platforms. This includes overseeing website optimization, digital marketing campaigns, customer journey mapping, and leveraging data analytics to identify growth opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a proven history of scaling e-commerce businesses, a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, and a passion for customer-centric growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a holistic e-commerce growth strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Oversee all aspects of the online customer journey, from acquisition and conversion to retention and advocacy.
  • Lead and optimize digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, and affiliate programs.
  • Manage and enhance the e-commerce platform(s) to ensure a seamless and engaging user experience.
  • Analyze website performance, sales data, and customer behavior using analytics tools to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.

  • Stay abreast of emerging e-commerce trends, technologies, and competitive landscapes.
  • Build and lead a high-performing remote e-commerce team.
  • Develop and manage relationships with key partners and vendors in the e-commerce ecosystem.
  • Identify and implement strategies to increase Average Order Value (AOV) and Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV).
  • Ensure all e-commerce activities comply with relevant privacy and consumer protection regulations.
  • Present performance reports and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in e-commerce management and digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on growth strategy and P&L responsibility.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling online revenue and customer acquisition for e-commerce businesses.
  • Expertise in a wide range of digital marketing channels and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, SEMrush, social media ad platforms).
  • Proven experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and customer journey mapping.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, custom builds).
