Trong hành trình ấy, Learning & Development (L&D) chính là "kiến trúc sư" đứng sau việc thiết kế, triển khai và nuôi dưỡng văn hoá học tập. Vai trò của L&D không dừng lại ở việc tổ chức training, mà là tạo ra tác động thực sự đến hiệu suất, năng lực và sự trưởng thành của đội ngũ.
Đó là lý do Base tìm kiếm một Learning & Development Business Partner: người sẽ đồng hành cùng lãnh đạo, kết nối nhu cầu học tập với mục tiêu kinh doanh, và xây dựng các chương trình phát triển giúp mỗi Baser bứt phá, để cả tổ chức cùng vươn xa.
Phạm vị & Lộ trình công việc:
Giai đoạn 1: Onboard & Foundation (Hội nhập & Xây nền tảng)
- Hiểu sản phẩm & văn hoá Base: Tham gia onboarding, tìm hiểu các giải pháp SaaS của Base, cách Base vận hành và triết lý trong phát triển con người.
- Nắm bắt quy trình & công cụ L&D: Làm quen với LMS, quy trình phân tích nhu cầu đào tạo, khung đánh giá hiệu quả đào tạo, hệ thống đo lường năng lực.
- Quan sát & hỗ trợ triển khai: Tham gia các buổi Orientation, Product/Skill Training,… với vai trò hỗ trợ hậu cần, ghi nhận, và đánh giá phản hồi.
- Xây dựng network nội bộ: Kết nối với các phòng ban (Sales, Customer Success, Operation…) để lắng nghe nhu cầu học tập và vấn đề nhân sự.
Kết quả kỳ vọng
: Mục tiêu quan trọng và tiên quyết của công việc này là hiểu rõ Base: từ góc độ sản phẩm, con người, quy trình, cách các Baser học tập, phát triển và trưởng thành như thế nào.
Giai đoạn 2: Partnering & Execution (Trở thành đối tác & Bắt tay triển khai)
- Chủ động phân tích nhu cầu học tập theo nhóm đối tượng, phòng ban hoặc các dự án, chiến dịch học tập của mục tiêu hiện tại
- Thiết kế & triển khai chương trình nhỏ: Chủ động lên outline, xây dựng nội dung (slide, e-learning, hoạt động thực hành) và triển khai khoá học cho một nhóm nhân sự cụ thể
- Đo lường & đánh giá hiệu quả: Áp dụng các khung đo lường để đánh giá phản hồi, mức độ ứng dụng và tác động đến công việc.
- Đồng hành cùng quản lý như một đối tác: Cùng quản lý của phòng ban bàn bạc giải pháp phát triển nhân sự (training, coaching, mentoring, sharing…) thay vì chỉ tập trung vào đào tạo.
- Tham gia xây dựng "learning culture": Khởi động hoặc hỗ trợ các hoạt động nội bộ như sharing day, book club, mini workshop, knowledge-sharing group.
Kết quả kỳ vọng:
Có khả năng làm chủ một dự án đào tạo từ A–Z, chứng minh được tác động thực tế của L&D đến hiệu suất công việc và xây dựng từ những dự án nhỏ nhất để trở thành đối tác tin cậy.
Yêu cầu về kinh nghiệm & năng lực
- Tối thiểu 1 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực L&D (ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm tại startup công nghệ, môi trường tốc độ cao).
- Có sản phẩm/đóng góp nổi bật trong việc thiết kế và triển khai chương trình học tập (training, workshop, e-learning…), đặc biệt là khả năng biến kiến thức phức tạp thành trải nghiệm học tập sâu sắc, sáng tạo và dễ ứng dụng.
- Có định hướng lâu dài trong nghề L&D/ HR, đồng hành cùng người khác để họ phát triển năng lực, vượt qua giới hạn, và đạt được mục tiêu thông qua học tập.

1. Building Competency Foundation & Learning Paths:
- Collaborate with the L&D Asst. Manager and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to build and standardize the Skills Matrix and Technical Competency Framework for all roles within the Poultry division.
- Based on the competency framework, design and implement detailed Learning Paths for each role, from new hires to management levels.
- Establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the Training Center's activities, including needs analysis, instructional design, training delivery, and post-training evaluation.
2. Developing Training Programs & Content (E-learning & Blended):
- Take the lead in developing detailed content for training programs, based on the approved competency framework and learning paths.
- Develop E-learning modules: Work closely with SMEs to convert technical knowledge into digital scripts, video lectures, interactive quizzes, and other online learning materials.
- Design effective and creative training programs using a Blended Learning model.
3. Training Execution & Management:
- Develop detailed plans and coordinate all activities for the deployment of training programs according to the approved schedule.
- Manage logistics for all training sessions (both in-person and online), including instructor coordination, learner management, materials, and systems.
- Administer the Learning Management System (LMS): upload courses, track learner progress, and manage employee learning data.
4. Measurement & Reporting:
- Implement evaluation tools to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
- Generate regular reports for the L&D Asst. Manager on implementation progress, participation rates, learning outcomes, and other relevant metrics.
