JOB SUMMARY
The Senior Learning & Development Specialist is responsible for implementing and coordinating a wide range of L&D initiatives, including orientation, soft skills, and functional development programs. This role ensures smooth execution of training activities, supports competency development across the organization, and provides expertise in both program administration and facilitation. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES
Training Needs & Planning
Collect and analyze training needs in collaboration with HODs and HRBP to identify gaps in soft skills and general training.
Contribute to developing and updating the annual training plan and training catalog aligned with business priorities, ensuring accessible learning options for employees and managers.
Program Coordination & Delivery
Coordinate and deliver the Orientation Program for new hires, including content updates and cross-functional trainer engagement.
Support design, implementation, and facilitation of soft skills and professional development programs, ensuring relevance and quality.
Coordinate with internal and external trainers/vendors to ensure smooth and effective program execution.
Administer learning tools and platforms (e.g., DISC, e-learning, external assessments).
Monitoring & Continuous Improvement

Stakeholder & Project Involvement
