Job Description
Responsibility/ Trách nhiệm:
Đảm bảo hàng hóa theo lưu trình nhập trước xuất trước
- Bảo đảm hàng hóa được chính xác số lượng và chất lượng không được sai so với hệ thống,
- Cung cấp và kiểm tra số lượng chính xác trước khi xuất nhập kho.
Bảo quản và kiểm soát hàng hóa.
Accountability/ Quyền hạn:
Theo chính sách công ty
Lãnh hàng đúng tiến độ , đúng yêu cầu
- Kiểm tra hàng hóa đúng và đủ số lượng trước khi nhập kho.
- Đảm bảo hàng hóa được chính xác số lượng với hệ thống
- Tiếp nhận thông tin, kiểm tra, theo dõi và hoàn thành yêu cầu giao hàng
- Giám sát vị trí hàng hóa
- Kiểm kê định kỳ, đối chiếu với dữ liệu trên hệ thống để cập nhật chính xác
