1. Xây dựng và triển khai kế hoạch Digital Marketing
- Lập kế hoạch nội dung định kỳ và chiến dịch truyền thông cho các kênh Digital (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Zalo OA, LinkedIn, Thread, Website, Email Marketing, Whatsapp, SMS Marketing…).
- Triển khai quảng cáo trả phí (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Instagram Ads…) theo ngân sách, KPI.
- Tối ưu web, tối ưu SEO đa kênh.
- Đề xuất ý tưởng sáng tạo, thông điệp truyền thông và nội dung (brief) phù hợp định vị thương hiệu Saint Honoré, phục vụ quảng cáo.
2. Quản lý và phát triển kênh E-Commerce
- Quản lý gian hàng trên GrabFood, Shopee Food, BeFood, Xanh Ngon, Tik Tok Shop, Capichi, các kênh thương mại điện tử và website, landing page…
- Cập nhật sản phẩm, hình ảnh, mô tả, chương trình khuyến mãi đồng bộ với thương hiệu.
- Theo dõi đơn hàng phát sinh, tương tác khách hàng mua sắm online.
- Đề xuất, triển khai kế hoạch (Grab, Shopee, BeFood, Xanh Ngon) để triển khai campaign, tối ưu bán hàng.
3. Quản lý và phát triển CRM
- Quản lý, vận hành và tối ưu hệ thống CRM (Email, SMS, Zalo, Whatsapp…) để chăm sóc khách hàng hiện tại và tái kích hoạt khách hàng cũ.
- Phân khúc dữ liệu khách hàng (theo hành vi, giá trị, tần suất mua…) nhằm triển khai chiến dịch.
- Thiết kế và triển khai các chương trình Loyalty/Retention nhằm gia tăng CLV (Customer Lifetime Value).
- Theo dõi hiệu quả các chiến dịch CRM (open rate, CTR, repeat purchase, retention rate) và đề xuất cải tiến.
4. Theo dõi và báo cáo hiệu quả
- Phân tích dữ liệu digital & e-commerce (traffic, conversion, doanh thu, engagement).
- Lập báo cáo định kỳ, đề xuất cải tiến để tăng trưởng doanh thu và hiệu quả truyền thông.
5. Sản xuất và quản lý nội dung số
- Hỗ trợ sản xuất và tối ưu nội dung media cho digital & e-commerce (ảnh, video, caption).
- Đảm bảo nội dung có tính thẩm mỹ cao, đồng bộ nhận diện thương hiệu.
- Tối ưu định dạng theo từng nền tảng (video ngắn, story, post, reel, banner…).
6. Các công việc khác theo phân công của quản lý
- Phối hợp với agency/đối tác ngoài trong triển khai chiến dịch Digital/E-commerce.
- Đề xuất công cụ, nền tảng mới nhằm nâng cao hiệu quả marketing & bán hàng online.
- Các công việc khác có liên quan đến marketing, e-commerce và phát triển đối tác.

- Ưu tiên tốt nghiệp đại học chuyên ngành Marketing, Thương mại điện tử, Truyền thông hoặc liên quan.
- Tối thiểu 01 năm kinh nghiệm Digital Marketing hoặc E-Commerce, ưu tiên trong ngành F&B/retail/luxury.
- Hiểu biết về social media, paid ads, e-commerce platforms (GrabFood, Shopee Food, BeFood, Xanh Ngon…).
