Job Description

·   Develop and implement company management system policies to ensure that the company's quality, safety, and efficiency achieve expected goals; 

·   Establish and maintain the company's quality, safety, and efficiency management system, and ensure its effective operation;

·   Lead and train the internal system team of the company to ensure that employees possess relevant skills and knowledge, and improve the overall performance of the company; 

·   Ensure that the company's various businesses comply with regulations and standards, and maintain the company's reputation and image; 

·   Collaborate with colleagues from other departments to solve related issues and ensure the normal operation of the company's various businesses; 

·   Regularly conduct internal audits to continuously improve the company's management system; 

·   Responsible for reviewing and updating the company's management system to meet the company's development needs.

Required working experience

·   More than 5 years of work experience as a system manager or related field, with priority given to those holding an external auditor certificate.

Required qualification

·   College degree or above.

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
• Proficiency in EHS management software and reporting tools.
• Certifications such as NEBOSH, OSHA, or equivalent are highly desirable.
