- Build, manage, and maintain L&D SharePoint sites, dashboards, applications and digital tracking tools to enhance training visibility, data accessibility, and reporting accuracy.
- Monitor on training budgeting, L&D reporting, and junior team mentoring.
- Organize learning events and engagement activities to promote learning culture.
- Design L&D communication materials for training/program promotions (posters, invitation, backdrop, certificates,.).
- Handle vendor management processes and ensure compliance in audits and documentation.
- Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a manufacturing or corporate environment.
Skills:
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills (English & Vietnamese) to engage diverse audiences.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS/Workday) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and report on training outcomes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:
2.1. Nhiệm vụ tuyển dụng:
- Triển khai xây dựng và phát triển thương hiệu tuyển dụng.
- Thực hiện công tác thu hút và tuyển dụng nhân sự đáp ứng nhu cầu sản xuất kinh doanh của Công ty.

- Phân tích và xác định nhu cầu đào tạo.
- Triển khai xây dựng các chương trình đào tạo phù hợp với chiến lược phát triển công ty.
- Lập kế hoạch, tổ chức và quản lý các chương trình đào tạo.
- Đánh giá hiệu quả các chương trình đào tạo, cải tiến các chương trình đào tạo.
- Quản lý các chương trình đào tạo, dữ liệu đào tạo.
- Xây dựng và quản lý đội ngũ giảng viên nội bộ, đầu mối làm việc với các đối tác đào tạo bên ngoài.
- Tham gia xây dựng, cải tiến lộ trình nghề nghiệp (Career Path) & lộ trình phát triển cá nhân ((Personal Development Plan – PDP)
- Tham gia xây dựng, cải tiến khung năng lực, từ điển năng lực.
Nghiên cứu phát triển số hóa hoạt động đào tạo (e-learning).
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC:
Có kinh nghiệm làm việc ở vị trí tương đương tối thiểu 4 năm trở lên ở các Công ty có quy mô khoảng 200 nhân sự.
- Thành thạo các phương pháp tuyển dụng hiện đại, am hiểu thị trường lao động.
- Kinh nghiệm triển khai các chương trình đào tạo.
