• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 5 year experience in electrical design, preferably in solar or renewable energy projects.
• Proficiency in PVsyst, ETAP, PowerFactory, and AutoCAD.
• Strong knowledge of electrical standards (IEC, IEEE) and Grid Code

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical calculations using PVsyst, ETAP, or PowerFactory for solar PV projects.
• Develop electrical SLDs, layouts, and detailed drawings using AutoCAD.
• Conduct load list preparation, cable sizing, and equipment sizing.
• Perform grounding and lightning protection system design and assessment.
• Ensure compliance with IEC, IEEE standards and local Grid Code requirements.
• Design of HV/MV systems including cables, switchgear (load breaker, vacuum breaker, switchgear cabinets, etc.), and transformers.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (civil, mechanical, SCADA) to ensure integration of the electrical design.
• Support technical documentation, tender preparation, and project execution phases.
