Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of progressive experience in electrical system design and engineering.
  • Expertise in power electronics, control systems, embedded systems, and signal integrity.
  • Proficiency with advanced simulation and analysis tools (e.g., SPICE, ANSYS, MATLAB/Simulink).
  • Strong knowledge of industry standards and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proven experience mentoring engineering teams.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and drive technical innovation.
