- Ensure designs comply with all relevant industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams.
- Oversee the testing and validation of electrical systems.
- Mentor and guide junior electrical engineers.
- Contribute to the development of long-term technology strategies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical system issues.
- Ph.D. or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field.
- 12+ years of progressive experience in electrical system design and engineering.
- Expertise in power electronics, control systems, embedded systems, and signal integrity.
- Proficiency with advanced simulation and analysis tools (e.g., SPICE, ANSYS, MATLAB/Simulink).
- Strong knowledge of industry standards and compliance requirements.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proven experience mentoring engineering teams.
- Ability to manage complex projects and drive technical innovation.
