About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced PM (all levels) to join our game team in Vietnam. This role will ensure projects/products are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. What You Will Do

Project/product Management:

  • Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure adherence to project scope, deliverables, and quality standards.
  • Utilize project management tools (e.g., Linear, Notion) for task tracking, reporting, and communication.

Production:

  • Ensure the creative vision of the game is maintained throughout development.

Communication & Reporting:

  • Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and management.
  • Prepare reports on project status, risks, and issues.
  • Facilitate clear and effective communication between team members and other departments.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience working in a gaming company, preferably in a production management role.
  • Fluency in both Vietnamese and English (written and spoken).
  • Based in Vietnam and willing to work on-site at our studio.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing, following up, and overseeing a game development team, including task tracking.
  • Strong understanding of game development processes and methodologies.
  • Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and risk management.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in using project management tools (e.g., Linear, Notion).

Preferred Qualifications:
