- Take complete ownership of product innovation and work with internal and external stakeholders on development activities from market needs, product conceptualization, product definition, business case, build, pilot, and go-to-market strategy
- Prepare presentations and proposals to promote collaboration prospects.
- Work with internal and external, including the organisation’s leadership to define strategic direction for the product to drive growth, sustainability and profitability
- Work together with current and potential partners to pinpoint areas for development or remove obstacles so that the projects goals and deadlines may be met.
- Lead day-to-day business process matters such as technical support, operational issues, client service support, legal documentation
- Ensure adherence of new services and products to appropriate regulatory governance requirements

- The Product Trainee is responsible for product planning, execution, and operation throughout the product life cycle, including:
- Defining product requirements based on input from stakeholders. Collaborate with stakeholders during the concept development of a product.
- Testing the product concepts to prototype with users early and frequently to verify ideas and identify areas for improvement
- Preparing full product development tasks such as analyzing, conceptualizing, prototyping, wireframes, screen spec writing, and Product requirements.
- Defining the data tracking framework for a product and taking ownership in analysis and evaluation of product performance
- Monitoring and constantly optimizing existing products to ensure best customer experience
