- Customer handling
- Receives the physical forms from customers via mail, coordinates with Citi stake holders to facilitate customer request
- Performs other coordination with Citi stake holders to facilitate customer requirements
- Records management
- Receives record retrieval request from stake hoders/ from TSA partner, perform validation and provides feedback to the requestors
- Performs records retrieval, records categorization/ tracking, as well as respective logistics
**Qualifications**:
- Holds at least Diploma or Degree in any field.
- Previous experience of customer enquiries handling
- Should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with good command of written and spoken Vietnamese and English.
- Assertive and able to manage in situations where there may be limited information
