**Job description**:
- Play the role of Scrum Master / Project Manager to ensure product delivery, meeting required project management aspects and quality standards
- Coordinate with Product Manager and Development Team at all stages of project management
- Be able to review, understand, and judge proposed solutions, including technical issues of the respective assigned projects

- At least 8+ years experience in software development, with proven ability to design, develop, and deliver high quality products
- 3+ years experience with engineering management role for project management, and people management
- Capable in acquisition new technologies, and tech-related concerns for project development

- Extensive communication skills for both external and internal to different types of people
- Excellent problem solving skill, especially in dealing with escalated or critical issue

Job Description
- Cover, lead, deliver direction, and support problem solving in Engineering & Quality function.
- Lead/support major communication for both internal and external customers, follow up weekly and monthly performance update to related teams for both internal/global teams.
- Quality assurance team covers control of final inspection, incoming inspection, HT inspection, attribute/variable gauge control and maintenance, DPPM control, problem solving with customer complaint and build database, and follow up on PPAP.
- Quality control team covers control of inhouse product quality, audit process and follow up all DMR cases with 4M specific root cause. And also lead ISO9001 related audit, renewal, and follow up and control QMS.
- Production engineering covers improvement of process, defining new product process, designing and building fixtures/function gauges, building process drawings and cycle time standard, control production tools for incoming and disposal, and reviewing and confirming actual cycle time per each process along with problem solving from process and product.
- Continuous improvement covers to implement lean 6 sigma process on site and also lead Kaizen project with all related departments, offering coaching and mentoring as needed.
- Coach and mentor engineering/quality departments to lead and execute tasks flawless.
- Set up yearly department budget and control and execute per schedule.
- Lead all major problems, issues related to product and process and ensure to implement timely and proper corrective actions as needed.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering or a related field.
- Excellent English communication.
- 15 years’ experience in metal product industry or equivalent and more than 5 years of managing experience of multi-functional teams with strong communication skills.
- Strong leadership skills to manage internal departments and to lead and support cross-functional teams.
- Global business and project experience by interacting multiple entities to drive the tasks successful.
- Solid understanding in design engineering, production engineering, quality assurance, quality control, heat treatment, material engineering, and leading project.
- Leading and maintaining ISO9001, QMS, and others related.
- Leading cost saving projects or experience in any form of Kaizen, CI, and/or VAVE.
