Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. PMP or Prince2 certification is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years managing enterprise software development projects.
- Proven experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum Master certification is a plus).
- Demonstrated success in delivering complex, multi-faceted software projects on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and various development methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
