Job Description:
- Event Planning & Strategy: Develop and propose event plans tailored to each type of region (e.g. wet markets, bus stations, SPX partners), aligned with branding campaigns.
- Execution and Coordination: Oversee event execution from concept to delivery (venue selection, booth design, staffing, materials), collaborating with internal teams and external vendors.
- Reporting and Evaluation: Summarize post-event results (photos, reach data, engagement metrics, final spending.) and suggest improvements for future executions.
- Budget Management: Manage the event budget and ensure all activities stay within the approved cost range.
- On-site Supervision: Be present at events to lead operations, solve unexpected issues, and ensure brand image is properly represented.
- Do other tasks as assigned by the Company from time to time
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in FMCG, logistics, agencies, or event/activation companies)
- Strong knowledge of offline event execution in local markets, including on-the-ground logistics and team coordination
- Proven team and multi-task management skills
- Willing to travel frequently for local events throughout Vietnam (South, Central, and North regions)
- Proactive, detail-oriented, quick problem solver
- English fluency and a strong network of local event suppliers is a plus

Support in completing opening and closing duties including setting up necessary supplies and tools, cleaning all equipment and areas, locking doors, etc. Check with the captain or supervisor before leaving at the end of the shift. Set up, stock, and maintain work areas.
Stock ice, glassware, and paper supplies. Remove soiled wares from the bar top and tables. Maintain cleanliness and condition of work areas, bar, bar unit, tables, and other tools, following all set-up guidelines.
