+ You will be responsible for assisting with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, while ensuring that all revenue targets are met. This includes actively supporting and continuously seeking ways to maximize profits through cross-selling and up-selling hotel facilities, services, and wedding event offerings.
+ Additionally, you will ensure the effective use of approved photography, presentation materials, and selling phrases in all client presentations, especially for wedding events, contributing to strong and consistent sales and marketing efforts. Your role is integral to maintaining high standards of service, ensuring both employee and guest satisfaction, and driving the department's financial success, particularly in event sales and wedding planning.
