- In charge and manage the whole processes of recruitment as company demand

- Build up & keep relationship with university, for internship

- To be the main PIC for orientation training and company internal procedures/culture to all employees
- Assist for soft skill training with external trainers, evaluate training programs
- HRMS:
- Operate and manage the HRMS for HR related functions
- Manage the assess control system, attendant record, and salary data.
- C&B:
- In charge for completed database for month payroll, insurance, PIT
- Responsible for quarterly PIT for expatriates, annual PIT finalization for all Vietnamese, expatriates
- Manage all necessary procedures with outsourcing services for insurances procedures, 24hour accident insurance, private health insurance

1. Recruitment:
- Negotiate offers within budget. Prepare back-up plan.
