The purpose of this role to monitor for on time cost sheet submission and validate product costs through cost benchmarking on UA apparel product.
Teammates in this role will use their industry knowledge to ensure Under Armour is paying a competitive price for its apparel products by reviewing cost breakdowns and BOMs. This role enables the broader costing organization to prioritize actionable areas and optimize profitability.
**Your Impact**
1. Manage seasonal routine of Cost study to ensure costing consistency, cost improvement across cost components, across seasons, able to apply advanced knowledge of product costing to provide saving options to Ops. team in the US
2. Day to day operation on cost sheet submission tracking with vendor and Cost sheet management in the system for manual change status to ensure costing readiness for PO issuance.
3. Daily report download and refresh internal report for seasonal margin review and identify cost improvement opportunities.
4. Act as gatekeeper to ensure that all costing frameworks, standards, processes, policies and systems are understood and consistently applied by vendor base.
5. Apply sewing operation experience to Identify for continuous improvement for cost opportunities in any cost driver/components, in particular related to SMV for cost optimization.
6. Provide costing leadership with insights, observation on cost driver/components, trends and vendor competitiveness using systematic costing and benchmarking approach.
7. Effective communication skill for style level negotiation
8. Support and execute for global costing strategy or any ad hoc request.
**Qualifications**
+ Diploma or above
+ 2+ years of progressive work in the garment or textile industry
+ Good command of written and spoken English
+ Proficient in MS Office applications especially in Excel and common software
+ Detail oriented and act as a team player

Strategy & Planning
+ Implement location Professional Service strategies and plans to deliver location results.
+ Drive forward clinical best practice. Keep marketing team informed about clinical information that will be useful for the development of plans.
Clinical Training
+ Implement, deliver, and monitor Dental IQ programs to increase the clinical expertise and product knowledge in the organization.
+ Organize training program as scheduled, ensuring proper set up of the venue, demo kit, materials and equipment, product focus and targeted participants as well as the facilitators / speakers and his/her evaluation review

+ Implement the University programs for the location in accordance with business needs and divisional strategies.

**Typical Background**
+ Requires Bachelor's degree in dentistry or a similar medical area.
