**About the Role**
The Senior Global Supply Planner is responsible for managing, analyzing and executing longer-term, strategic planning tasks related to long-range supply and capacity planning, as well as pre-season and in-season supply planning processes to optimize supply availability to global markets. This role is to assess and mitigate any potential supply risk along critical GTM milestones due to demand variations, capacity or fabric/material constraints and forecast variances, etc. To succeed, the candidate will need to build strong relationships with internal (product supply teams, brand and commercial planning team) and external stakeholders (vendors). Strong analytical skills are essential to drive decision-making and ensure processes are integrated and aligned across all regions.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Support long-range planning (LRP) activities with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with sourcing strategy and addressing key planning scenarios.
+ Support the Planning Manager in validating forecasts and translating MFP forecasts into capacity, allocation, and material types.
+ Provide initial allocation guidance for the vendor allocation team and validate through critical GTM milestones.
+ Translate regional DC receipts plans into PO placement schedules.
+ Understand demand forecasts and market information from regions to support seasonal and long-range planning.
+ Validate and present supply signals to ensure a single source of forecast for decision-making.
+ Create and maintain seasonal buy plans, optimize global PO placement schedules, and set buy strategies (e.g., LLT exceptions, one-time buys, MOQ reviews, buy windows, material pre-positioning).
+ Drive and execute monthly "Need to Buy" processes and seasonal calendars for buy dates and shipping schedules.
+ Collect capacity risk assessments and drive resolution actions with regional planning teams.
+ Partner with capacity planning teams to identify risks and mitigation actions (e.g., fairshare, prebuild, push-out, reallocation, vendor prebuild).
+ Collaborate with material planning to define material proposition strategies that optimize lead time while balancing liability risk.
+ Govern buy execution to ensure alignment with global consensus meeting decisions.
+ Coordinate data gathering and system setup for smooth buy execution.
+ Roll up capacity and production planning updates for regional communication.
+ Drive continuous improvement in planning processes to support a customer-centric approach.
+ Monitor and drive department KPIs including OTP, Acceptance Rates, Calendar Execution, Fill Rates, and support Quality, CSR, and other brand needs.

**Required Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field. MBA or relevant master's degree is preferred.
+ 3-5 years of experience in supply chain management, with a strong background in capacity and production planning or a similar field.
+ Proven experience managing global teams across multiple countries.
+ Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
+ Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, JDA).
+ Advanced analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau).

+ Provide HCPs and decision makers of hospital/ institutes/ vaccination centers with on time and accurate data and information about product of Takeda and objection handling.
+ Coordinate efficiently with internal cross functions to provide on time and accurate information to customer' queries about product's data and evidence, supply and demand, scientific engagement activities from Marketing, medical and commercial team and PV related matters.
+ Ensure aligning his/her activities at assigned territory/accounts with the Vaccine BU's objectives, marketing plans and channel's direction.
+ Take charge of tender planning and administration tasks at assigned public accounts when and where is required.
+ Provide NCM and RM with accurate forecasting, data tracking, in-arm data, including but not limited to tender, promotional scheme at vaccination centers for Takeda's vaccine and other vaccine that may impact team's performance.
+ Collect e-consent of HCPs for omnichannel engagement activities

Job Position: Marketing & Sales Operation Planner (MSO Planner) Function: Integrated Planning Work Level: 1D Reports to: Integrated Planning Manager - Skin Cleansing Scope: Ensure supply continuity through cross-function collaboration for best service level, improve inventory health and minimize business waste, facilitate innovation project networks for successful delivery. --- What can you expect from the role? 1. Supply Planning o Collaborate with Sourcing Units (SU) for supply plan, including order confirmation, shipment scheduling, supply forecast, to ensure supply continuity o Follow up import shipments and work closely with cross functions (Demand Planning, Finance, Quality, R&D, Master Data, Logistics) for shipments readiness o Partner with Logistics and Warehouse team for inbound, outbound and transportation operations o Operate in systems (SAP, Rapid Response, etc.) for supply planning execution o Coordinate with related functions to address supply issues 2. Stock Management & Allocation o Check and confirm stock allocation for customers, to ensure best service level o Review inventory among plants using data analysis and take actions accordingly to ensure healthy stock o Monitor and alert to Business Unit on slow moving and obsolete stocks and align detail action plan for stock clearance o Manage product transition, product launching to avoid business waste as well as stock optimization by closely collaborating with CSP, SO and Demand Planning to build proper selling plan 3. Innovation Planning o Define and develop Project networks on MS project or Excel template o Lead weekly PTM calls to keep track and monitor the progress of projects, in collaboration with all project stakeholders o Work closely with all SC functions to ensure delivery of SC related activities on time in full as part of the network o Play the role as SC expert to advice business team on project feasibility and provide comprehensive risk assessment to ensure projects are delivered well o Support process enhancement and improvement in innovation planning by applying Unilever new behaviors Experience and Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in SC management or equivalent - Good written and verbal English - Strong Excel skills - Proficiency in MS project, SAP, digital tools is a plus - (4+) years' relevant experience in supply chain, projects management is a plus - Knowledge of data analytics, VBA, coding is a plus - Quick learner, team player, problem solver Demonstrate Unilever Behaviors - CARE DEEPLY: We care deeply about how consumers experience our brands every day, everywhere; about our people's growth and development and our impact on the planet.
