Job Title:
Factory Director – Garment Manufacturing

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Factory Director to lead the end-to-end operations of our garment manufacturing site. This is a senior leadership role, responsible for driving production excellence, ensuring quality, optimizing efficiency, and leading a large workforce with integrity and vision.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all factory operations: production, quality, maintenance, and compliance.
• Lead and develop factory management teams, ensuring high performance at every level.
• Drive efficiency, cost control, and continuous improvement across sewing, finishing, and support functions.
• Partner with HQ and cross-functional teams to align factory performance with business goals.
• Ensure compliance with safety, labor, and environmental standards.

Requiresments:

• 15+ years of experience in garment/textile manufacturing, including at least 5 years in a senior factory leadership role.
• Strong background in production management, lean manufacturing, and quality assurance.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale operations (3,000+ workers preferred).
• Strategic thinker with hands-on leadership style.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Vietnamese (Chinese is a plus).

II. NHIỆM VỤ CHÍNH

A. TRÁCH NHIỆM

1. Quản lý, điều hành toàn bộ hoạt động tại nhà máy của Công ty theo đúng chức năng, nhiệm vụ được giao

2. Tổ chức phân công công việc , đôn đốc, giám sát các bộ phận đảm bảo đúng tiến độ, chất lượng theo tiêu chuẩn.

3. Đánh giá, giám sát và quyết định chất lượng sản phẩm ra khỏi nhà máy

4. Giám sát tiến độ giao hàng

5. Giám sát hàng hóa mua vào

6. Quản lý giải quyết khiếu nại của khách hàng và xử lý hàng hóa không phù hợp

7. Chủ trì việc xây dựng và phát triển công thức, sản phẩm mới theo nhu cầu khách hàng và phát trển thị trường

8. Giám sát chặt chẽ số liệu xuất nhập tồn của nhà máy

9. Giám sát chi phí nhà máy: gồm lương NV & cán bộ NM (gồm lương chính và tăng ca trong đó có tính bình quân CP LĐTT và GT/kg SP), chi phí hao hụt NVL, vật tư, điện - nước, bùn thải,.

10. Quản lý nội quy lao động, các vấn đề an ninh trật tự tại nhà máy

11. Quản lý việc tuân thủ sử dụng bảo hộ lao động nhà máy

12. Quản lý nhà máy theo các tiêu chuẩn 5S, ISO, …phù hợp với thực tế công việc của nhà máy

13. Quản lý tài sản, máy móc, cơ sở vật chất nhà máy

14. Duy trì tồn kho nguyên liệu và thành phẩm an toàn và tiết kiệm

15. Kiểm soát định mức sản xuất, định mức làm mẫu, duyệt mẫu

16. Quản lý các nghiệp vụ hành chính, quản trị nhân sự nhà máy

17. Chủ trì, soạn thảo, phối hợp xây dựng tài liệu liên quan đến hoạt động công việc của nhà máy

18. Đánh giá kết quả thực hiện công việc, kế hoạch sản xuất của nhà máy định kỳ theo tháng, quý, năm.

19. Báo cáo công việc cho Tổng Giám đốc Công ty định kỳ và đột xuất theo yêu cầu

B. QUYỀN HẠN

1. Chỉ đạo trực tiếp toàn bộ nhân viên trong công việc tại Nhà Máy .

2. Thiết lập các chỉ tiêu cần đạt về mặt hiệu quả công việc cho cấp trên. Căn cứ vào chỉ tiêu này thiết lập kế hoạch hành động nhằm đạt được mục tiêu đã đề ra.

3. Được đề nghị tuyển dụng, thuyên chuyển, nâng cấp bậc, khen thưởng, kỷ luật của Công ty theo qui chế lao động và lương của Công ty.

4. Khi phát hiện việc vi phạm được quyền báo cáo trực tiếp cho Tổng giám đốc.

IV. CÁC YÊU CẦU TỐI THIỂU CHO VỊ TRÍ CÔNG VIỆC

• Trình độ chuyên môn/ bằng cấp
• Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên chuyên ngành kỹ sư Hóa Nhựa, Quản lý sản xuất Kinh nghiệm làm việc.
• Có ít nhất 05 năm làm Giám đốc/Phó Giám đốc tại các nhà máy, điều hành sản xuất sơn tại các Công ty có quy mô trên 150 CBCNV hoặc quản đốc xưởng sản xuất sơn Kiến thức chuyên môn
• Sử dụng thành thạo tin học văn phòng;
• Có kiến thức chuyên sâu, vững chắc về Quản trị sản xuất.
• Tiếng Anh giao tiếp cơ bản. Khả năng và Kỹ năng
• Kỹ năng lập kế hoạch, triển khai công việc, quản lý, giám sát, tổ chức sản xuất tốt.
• Kỹ năng thuyết trình, đàm phán, thương lượng tốt.

2. Nơi làm việc: Nhà máy công ty CP Sinh Hóa Quốc Tế A-3A-CN, Khu công nghiệp Mỹ phước 3, Đường DA4, Phường Thới Hòa, Thị xã Bến Cát, Tỉnh Bình Dương

3. Mức lương: thỏa thuận trực tiếp ( tầm USD hoặc hơn tùy theo năng lực)

1. Key Responsibilities
A. Operations Management
Lead and manage daily operations of the sewing factory, covering multiple production lines and shifts.

Develop and execute production plans to meet customer delivery schedules while maintaining quality and efficiency.

Monitor KPIs such as Output, Efficiency, OTIF (On Time In Full), Quality Defects, Rework Rate, and Productivity.

Ensure smooth coordination between Cutting, Sewing, Finishing, and Packing processes.

B. Quality & Compliance
Enforce quality control procedures to meet buyer requirements (US/EU markets, fast fashion standards).

Maintain compliance with social, environmental, and safety standards (WRAP, BSCI, ISO, EHS, C-TPAT, etc.).

Implement corrective and preventive actions for quality issues.

C. People Leadership & Development
Lead, coach, and develop factory management teams including Production Managers, IE Managers, QA/QC Managers, and HR/Admin.

2. Education:

Bachelors degree in Garment Technology, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical/Automation Engineering, or related fields.

• Experience:

Minimum 12-15 years in garment manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a senior factory management role (preferably in export-oriented knit garment factories) control over 80 sewing lines, : 3000 workers

Proven track record in planning, implementing, and managing factory automation projects in sewing or garment manufacturing.

• Skills & Knowledge:

Strong understanding of garment manufacturing processes and IE methods.

Familiar with Lean, Six Sigma, SMED, and automation technologies (e.g., automated sewing machines, conveyor systems, fabric spreaders, auto-packaging).

Knowledge of compliance requirements for major brands (Nike, Adidas, GAP, Inditex, etc.).

Strong leadership, decision-making, and people management skills.

Project management skills for capital investment and automation rollout.

Fluent in English (speaking & writing) & strong communication with stakeholders.

Computer literate (ERP/MES systems, MS Office, automation monitoring tools).
