- Lead the omni-channel business strategy, including e-commerce and physical stores, ensuring revenue growth, operational optimization, and brand integrity in the fashion industry.
- Design and implement a comprehensive business development strategy across online sales channels .
- Directly manage Online departments related to revenue
- Establish KPIs, budgets, and short, medium, and long-term sales plans for each channel.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Communication teams to execute seasonal and brand campaigns.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer behavior studies to develop effective competitive strategies.
- Train, develop, and retain a high-performing business team, inspiring them to uphold the brand's premium standards.

1. Hoạch định chiến lược kinh doanh tổng thể:
xây dựng tầm nhìn phát triển dài hạn, cụ thể hóa thành chiến lược trung và ngắn hạn phù hợp với từng giai đoạn tăng trưởng
2. Phát triển mô hình kinh doanh đa kênh:
triển khai chiến lược tích hợp giữa các kênh: offline, online, thương mại điện tử (TMĐT), livestream, social commerce,.
3. Tối ưu hóa chiến lược tăng trưởng từng kênh:
Phân tích đặc thù từng kênh để xây dựng chiến thuật riêng biệt: từ cách tiếp cận thị trường, chính sách giá, ưu đãi, cho đến kế hoạch marketing phù hợp.
4. Phát triển năng lực tổ chức và văn hóa kinh doanh:
Quản trị hiệu suất và phát triển năng lực đội ngũ kế thừa
5. Quản trị ngân sách và hiệu suất đầu tư:
Xây dựng, phân bổ và giám sát ngân sách cho từng kênh và duy trì biên lợi nhuận bền vững
6. Ra quyết định dựa trên dữ liệu:
Xây dựng hệ thống báo cáo dữ liệu kinh doanh, phân tích dữ liệu để ra các quyết định chiến lược
7. Tham gia hoạch định cấp tổ chức:
