The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, with a degree or certification in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field. You should possess at least 3-5 years of experience in field service, preferably with experience in industrial automation, heavy machinery, or specialized equipment. Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to read and interpret complex technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics. Strong communication and customer service skills are crucial for interacting effectively with clients. The ability to work independently, manage your schedule, and travel extensively within the designated region is a must. A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required. This is a hands-on role for a dedicated professional who enjoys working directly with customers and solving technical challenges.
