Job Description

- Giám sát việc chăm sóc, tưới nước, làm cỏ, bón phân và quản lý sâu bệnh trên đồng ruộng từ khi gieo trồng cho tới thu hoạch.
- Đảm bảo thực hiện việc trồng khảo nghiệm giống bố mẹ, thử nghiệm chạy sản xuất nhỏ, chạy thử sản xuất và các quy trình cải tiến trong sản xuất theo đúng các quy chuẩn cho từng thí nghiệm cụ thể.
- Tuân thủ theo đúng các quy trình nghiên cứu đã được phê chuẩn.
- Thu thập mẫu hạt phấn trong thí nghiệm trên các dòng bố phục vụ cho việc kiểm tra đánh giá tiềm năng của các dòng bố.
- Thu thập toàn bộ số liệu các tính trạng trong thí nghiệm SPR theo quy trình đã được mô tả.
- Báo cáo cập nhật hàng tuần về tình hình sinh trưởng phát triển của thí nghiệm.
- Cung cấp số liệu thô chính xác, đúng thời gian, hoàn tất sổ ghi chép đồng ruộng và giữ gìn cẩn thận, không được chia sẻ cho bất cứ ai nếu không có sự cho phép của cấp trên.
- Đảm bào tất cả các hoạt động luôn tuân thủ an toàn – sức khỏe – môi trường và luật lao động hiện hành.
