**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
Job Overview: We are looking for an HR Intern to perform various administrative tasks and support our HR department’s daily activities across the APAC region.

**How will YOU contribute to the Team?**
- Be involved in regional HR administrative daily matters including but not limited to onboarding processes, liaising with vendors, and data-entry to ensure operational efficiency and accuracy.
- Work with HR team members to coordinate weekly in-house activities and monthly off-site activities.
- Support organizing the office decorate the office for special holidays, preparing purchase requests for office supplies and equipment, and maintain proper supplies stock level.
- Assist with general paperwork tasks.
- Updating company databases by inputting new employee contact information and employment details across APAC. Track and update all employee’s annual leave, sick leave, and time off data.
- Support to create reports on the HR-related process when required.
- Assist with special projects and other duties.
