Under the general direction of the Front Desk Manager and within the limits of established Melia Hotels and local policies and procedures, Responsible for the operational efficiency of all front desk areas during shift and the service delivery of those areas. - Works with Manager and Human Resource Manager to ensure the departmental performance of staff is productive. Duties include: | Phối hợp với Trưởng bộ phận và Trưởng phòng Nhân sự để đảm bảo hiệu suất làm việc của nhân viên trong bộ phận đạt hiệu quả cao. Các nhiệm vụ bao gồm:
