- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 3 years in an HR Business Partner role.
- Proven experience supporting global or multi-site operations.
- Deep understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and organizational development principles.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to influence at all levels.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex employee relations issues.
- Experience with HRIS systems and HR analytics.
- Proven success in managing change and driving employee engagement in a remote or distributed environment.
- CIPD, SHRM, or other relevant HR certifications are a plus.
