**POSITION: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT KOREA**

**Job description**:

- Provide answers to customers by identifying problems, researching answers, and guiding customers through remedial steps.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints or problems.
- Provide information to customers about the Company's services and products.
- Track customer response progress.
- Provide feedback on the effectiveness of service processes in place.
- Report all/any issues to senior management as required to ensure prompt resolution of pending issues.

**Request**:

- Korean, who can relocate to/or work in Vietnam office (Ho Chi Minh).
- Fluent user of Korean (from Topik 5) and English.
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economy or related field preferred.
- Having at least 3 years work experience as Sales Executive, Sales Representative, Sales Specialist or similar position.
- Skilled in communication, negotiation, sales and relationship management
- Work in shifts, discuss in detail during the interview.
