Expeditors Ho Chi Minh City is recruiting Agent/ Lead Agent - Inventory Control as below:
Working Place: Working in both Ho Chi Minh Office and Warehouse at Di An, Binh Duong.
The Job:
+ Monitoring inventory levels and replenishing stock as needed for all Distribution Service customer accounts.
+ Developing and implementing inventory control process and practices.
+ Performing physical cycle count of inventory including daily/monthly and annual stock count.
+ Performing regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
+ Liaising and negotiating with vendors and customer to ensure the quality of stock purchases.
+ Coordinating the warehouse operation of stock transfers, deliveries, tagging, and processing.
+ Tracking inbound and outbound orders to prevent overstocking and out-of-stock (OOS).
+ Generating reports, supply chain analysis, and inventory management systems.
+ Performing regular stock checks and reporting any issues to the supervisor.
+ Records all transactions & movements in document and database record form
+ Forecasting supply needs based on trends and demand patterns for warehouse solution design purpose
+ Processing and documenting damaged inventory and coordinating repairs or disposal
+ Identifying and resolving discrepancies between inventory records and physical counts
+ Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to inventory control
+ Support other product teams in operations tasks when required
Knowledge:
+ Bachelor's degree/ College degree or equivalent qualifications
+ At least 2 years experiences in Warehouse / Contract logistic service provider
Skills & Experience
+ Good English communication
+ Excellence Microsoft office skills
+ Exceptional understanding of inventory management practices such as ABC analysis and cycle counting.
+ Good analytical and logistical thinking abilities.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
+ Exceptional collaboration and negotiation abilities.
+ Excellent time management and organizational skills.
+ Able to work well in team, under high pressure and tight deadline
