**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Prepare and manage employees’ labor documents and reports;
- Conduct all administrative tasks related to labor and company: work permit, TRC,.
- Participate with BOD and managers to ensure performance review, renewal contract, incentives and termination. are processed on time;
- Organize company events: parties, team building activities, company trips
- Contact third parties/service providers for issues related to labor;
- Resolve labor conflicts and discipline;
- Participate with other departments to ensure the smooth operation;
- Other tasks as assigned.
**YOUR SKILLS**:
- 1+ years of related experience
- Experience with IT/eCommerce industry
- Experienced in HR functions
- Consultative, influential, facilitative, collaborative and able to manage to navigate through a complex, global professional environment
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality, learn quickly, multi-task and work independently as well as team player
- Continuous learner, highly analytical, with good conceptual and critical thinking skills
- Hard-working with a can-do attitude
- Fluent in English both written and verbal communication skills (IELTS 7.)
