- Perform Netlist-to-GDS design flow, including floor planning, placement, timing optimization, clock tree synthesis and route.
- Design multiple clock and power domains.
- Support STA timing analysis and fixing.
- Generate and implement functional ECO.
- Perform physical verification, including DRC/LVS/IR drop and DFM analysis.
- Coach junior engineers in the team.
**What we need from you**
- At least 5 years of Physical Design experience, from modules to top chip.
- Experienced in Floor-planning, CTS, Timing closure, Power analysis, Physical verification.
- Experienced in multiple clock and multiple supply domains.
- Experienced in PPA (Power, Performance, Area) correlation and optimization.
