1C:ERP Implementation Specialist
.

The 1C: ERP Implementation Specialist will be responsible for conducting demos and implementing the ERP software to customers, from requirements analysis to ensuring stable system operation. You will work closely with internal departments and customers to ensure the successful deployment of projects.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Sales in consulting and conducting demos to introduce ERP solutions to customers;
• Conduct surveys, collect, and analyze customer requirements regarding business processes, and collaborate with the Technology team in providing suitable solutions;
• Participate in ERP project implementation, ensuring system installation, configuration, and operation according to the project plan;
• Test ERP software before handing it over to customers;
• Guide and train users on the ERP system;
• Perform other tasks as assigned by manager;

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar position in the IT field;
• At least 3 years of experience in ERP project implementation, with a strong focus on manufacturing modules;
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and production management;
• Willingness to learn and explore software, especially ERP systems;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Ability to work in English, including reading, writing, and translating documents;
• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields (Economics, Accounting, Information Systems, IT, Engineering, Manufacturing, etc.);

Join our dynamic and expanding solution business team as a Solution Implementation Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring Complex Software Solutions to FBVN direct customers. This position will work on Enterprise Solution product provided by FBVN, such as eForm, ECM, IDP and RPA (excluding printing solutions).

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Implementation & Configuration:

2. Deploy pre-built platforms solution products into customer's On-Premises system, which include Database Engine, Database tables (mostly Microsoft SQL server).

3. Configure the solution by using existing feature set of platforms. Develop new feature, plug-in, customize solutions, for both Cloud-solution and/or On-premises solution.

4. Project Delivery: Deliver projects to customers after sales process, which may involve cross-functional, cross-organizational, and cross-service collaboration, including third parties, following pre-defined System Requirement from BA.

5. POC management: Manage and deploy POCs, ensuring quality, timely, and cost-effective delivery.

6. Customer Interaction: Participate in technical discovery, kick-off meetings with customers.

7. Documentation & Testing: Complete Training & Handling documentation, conduct formal testing, and ensure a smooth handover to customers.

8. Risk Management: Identify and manage risks during implementation and ongoing operations.

9. Continuous Improvement: Develop strategies to minimize support calls and improve response and resolution times.

10. Additional Duties: Performs other related duties as assigned.
