**Mô tả công việc**:
(Mức lương: Thỏa thuận)
- Issue Debit/Credit note to Customer/Overseas Agent for each shipment base on quotation
- Prepare SOA weekly, monthly send to customer on time
- Input information, AR,AP of each shipment on FWD system as well as customer's system
- Make shipment daily report ( for both Sea/Air/Truck) to customer
- Check Revenue, Cost, Profit/Loss for each shipment
- Prepare all related documents to send to customer for payment request and data saving
- Co-operate with other related departments( Business Development, Fowarding, Accounting, Logistics Dept) to handle well job.
- Take good care of current customers, attend customer's inquiries
- Do other tasks requested by Manager

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Trung cấp - Nghề
**Yêu cầu công việc**:
- Male or Female
- Good command of English
- 22-28 years old
- Bachelor degree in Logistics or related fields
- Good knowledge and understanding about INCOTERM
- Basic knowledge of IMP/EXP process both Sea/Air for frehand/nominated shipment
- Familiar to use one of these FWD's system is preferred: G1, STANET, ELSA, FMS or G-Sabis
- Can do attitude, will to work and study, highly motivated
- Carefull, well organized and detailed, good skills of M/S
- Working well independently as well as work in team
- 0-5 years of experience in forwarding companies
