Product Development & Supply Chain Management Manager
I. Trách nhiệm công việc:
1. Lãnh đạo Kỹ thuật Sản xuất:
- Dẫn dắt việc triển khai các chiến lược Kỹ thuật Sản xuất (ME) của Coolmate tại các nhà máy được phân công.
- Đảm bảo các hoạt động của bộ phận Kỹ thuật Công nghiệp (IE) tuân thủ các tiêu chuẩn của Coolmate (phương pháp, đo thời gian, cân bằng chuyền, chỉ số năng suất).
- Phân tích yêu cầu sản phẩm mới từ nhóm R&D và bắt đầu các dự án tìm nguồn cung ứng toàn diện bao gồm đánh giá sản phẩm phù hợp, đàm phán giá, hợp đồng.
- Hỗ trợ các nhóm IE tại nhà máy nâng cao năng suất, tối ưu hóa lao động và thực hiện các cải tiến chi phí bền vững.
2. Vận hành và cải tiến liên tục:
- Thúc đẩy văn hóa sản xuất tinh gọn (Lean Manufacturing), 4M (Con người, Máy móc, Vật liệu, Phương pháp) và cải tiến liên tục tại các nhà máy.
- Dẫn dắt các nghiên cứu về năng lực sản xuất, theo dõi hiệu suất và mô phỏng sản xuất cho các mẫu mã và công nghệ mới.
- Giám sát và phân tích các chỉ số sản xuất (KPIs); xây dựng kế hoạch hành động khắc phục khi có sai lệch.
- Tổ chức các buổi workshop giải quyết vấn đề cùng đội ngũ IE/ME tại nhà máy để xử lý các điểm nghẽn trong sản xuất.
3. Đổi mới và Số hóa:
- Hỗ trợ việc áp dụng các công cụ kỹ thuật số (ví dụ: mô hình số hóa, mô phỏng, MTM, phần mềm kỹ thuật phương pháp) nhằm nâng cao hiệu quả.
- Hợp tác với CPO/ SCM để triển khai các công nghệ mới, tự động hóa và quy trình hướng đến phát triển bền vững.
4. Hợp tác và Quản lý các bên liên quan:
- Làm việc chặt chẽ với các bộ phận Thu mua, Chất lượng và Vận hành sản phẩm để đảm bảo quá trình thương mại hóa và tăng sản lượng diễn ra suôn sẻ.
- Hợp tác với đội ngũ IE/ME của nhà cung cấp để đảm bảo tính minh bạch và nhất quán trong các cải tiến quy trình.
- Cung cấp đào tạo kỹ thuật và hướng dẫn cho đội ngũ IE/ME nội bộ và bên ngoài.
II. Yêu cầu công việc:
1. Kinh nghiệm:
- Có từ 5–8 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc trong các vai trò IE/ME, ưu tiên trong lĩnh vực sản xuất giày dép hoặc may mặc.
- Có kinh nghiệm dẫn dắt hoặc hướng dẫn đội ngũ IE là một lợi thế.
- Hiểu biết về quy trình sản xuất của các thương hiệu toàn cầu khác là điểm cộng lớn.
2. Học vấn:
Tốt nghiệp đại học chuyên ngành Kỹ thuật Công nghiệp, Kỹ thuật Sản xuất hoặc các ngành liên quan.
Có chuyên môn vững vàng về Quy trình Phát triển Sản phẩm may mặc, các Nguyên lý Kỹ thuật Công nghiệp (nghiên cứu thời gian, cân bằng chuyền, phân tích năng lực, đo lường công việc).
3. Kỹ năng chuyên môn:
- Thành thạo các phương pháp sản xuất tinh gọn (Lean Manufacturing), Six Sigma và cải tiến liên tục.
- Hiểu rõ quy trình sản xuất quần áo (cắt, may, lắp ráp, hoàn thiện).
- Sử dụng thành thạo các công cụ phân tích dữ liệu, mô phỏng và phần mềm kỹ thuật số trong lĩnh vực IE.
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp và tạo ảnh hưởng mạnh mẽ để dẫn dắt các nhóm đa chức năng và đa văn hóa.
- Có khả năng xây dựng các báo cáo thường kỳ: Cost summary, material list, lead time, vendor list.
4. Kỹ năng mềm:

Job Description
1, ROLE PURPOSE
Provide managerial leadership to the Industrial Engineering team to provide the Factory with the systematic examination and improvement of the process steps making up any operation, in any part of the Factory, leading to more effective utilization of resources, elimination of waste and new standards for future work in support of the Factory's cost targets, and Operations' production targets.
2, KEY ACCOUNTABILITY AREAS
2.1, Continuous Improvement of the Factory
- Daily Operational Results:
through consistent, proactive and frank interaction with Operations groups, push forward daily improvement in the areas of efficiency and elimination of waste. - Standard Minutes:
ensure the accuracy and application of standard minute values in the production area. - Longer Term Improvements:
cooperating with other functional or operations areas and leveraging knowledge of TPS, support or initiate projects with longer term operational benefits for the Factory, these benefits to be measured most frequently in terms of Quality, Delivery or Cost improvements. - Best Practices Implementation:
observe practices across the Factory and interact with peers in other Factories, identify, document and ensure the roll out of best practices in the operations for which he / she is responsible.
2.2, Industrial Engineering Function Outputs
Efficiency Improvements
- Layout:
create ideal factory and line layouts, leveraging core knowledge of industrial engineering, performance, rating and job flow to maximize efficiencies. - Line Balancing:
ensure sufficient knowledge and skills in the 3-ticket tools in the Operation team in support of the production efficiency targets. - SMV Improvements and Reductions:
identify opportunities to reduce SMV by improving methods or using folders, attachments and / or automation. - Equipment Selection and Use:
ensure the right machine is used on the right job and all the functions of the machine are fully utilized to optimize productivity.
Work Measurement and Ergonomics:
- Study and improve the processes, movements and ergonomics in all areas of the Factory, e.g. from raw materials handling in the warehouse through to finished goods handling.
3, REQUIREMENT
- Strong background in industrial engineering, particularly in manufacturing settings.
- Deep knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, TPS).
- Experience in optimizing factory layout, line balancing, SMV (Standard Minute Value) analysis, and equipment utilization.
- Proven ability to lead projects that enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and meet cost, quality, and delivery targets.
- Ability to develop, implement, and maintain best practices in industrial engineering.
- Familiarity with production incentive schemes and cost/benefit analysis.
- Experience interacting with and driving initiatives across various operations teams.
