Job Purpose

This role supports the Operations and Supply Chain Manager to ensure a smooth, efficient, and cost-effective flow of goods throughout the entire supply chain—meeting sales demand in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Key responsibilities:

Procurement management

• Assist in sourcing, negotiating, and contracting with suppliers/vendors
• Monitor supplier performance (quality, delivery, cost) and maintain relationships.

• Implement inventory control measures FIFO/FEFO to manage stock rotation and minimize waste

Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain organized, up-to-date logistics records, trackers, and reporting systems to support operational transparency
