Identify data and process opportunities through audits, metrics and trends to evaluate, re design and implement continuous improvements.
Monitor overall health of the data and execute cleansing efforts for all master data.
Partner with functional leaders to ensure data processes and procedures are followed and completed.
Coordinate master data requests using workflow tools to ensure that data quality meets established standards and that requests meet service level expectations.

The Master Data Supervisor for ANH TVN will lead various master data activities within the assigned region. In this role, you will lead the execution of master data management processes to ensure service level are met while adhering to relevant data standards. You will be accountable for the service delivery of master data creation, maintenance and deactivation of materials, vendors, customers and finance master data objects. You will also be accountable for the master data project portfolio management for the region. Key Accountabilities
Collaborate with the enterprise data policies team for the assigned data domains to ensure documentation of internal processes, procedures and tools are accurately maintained.
Provide general leadership and substantial data management and business intelligence knowledge to ensure data is treated as a valued corporate asset.
Build and maintain relationships with key business process outsourcers and ensure service levels meet business needs and expectations.
Drive continuous improvements in the master data management operations environment with an end to end processes perspective, including people, process and technology solution.
Assist with monitoring, compliance and execution as it relates to master data set up and operations activities.
Lead the design and improvement of processes for executing complex, cross department data maintenance requests.
Provide data management support and partnership for projects that involve master data operational involvement, including process migration, project deployments, acquisitions, joint ventures or any project that may represent major changes to the existing processes.
Lead and develop a team, coach and make decisions related to talent management, hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions.

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Confirmed experience of internal controls & project management expertise
Above five years experience background working in finance, supply chain, and sourcing
Minimum two years of supervisor. Be able to provide enhancement in actual work of the direct report and able to manage a fully remote team based, properly
System-oriented mindset. Confident to change/ influence people with challenge/complexity. Open mindset & have aspiration for Continuous Improvement
Proven record of working with data management in ERP (Enterprise Resources Planning) system i.e. SAP, Oracle before, having strong technical concept in data management
