Job Purpose and Impact
Identify data and process opportunities through audits, metrics and trends to evaluate, re design and implement continuous improvements.
Monitor overall health of the data and execute cleansing efforts for all master data.
Partner with functional leaders to ensure data processes and procedures are followed and completed.
Coordinate master data requests using workflow tools to ensure that data quality meets established standards and that requests meet service level expectations.
Independently solve moderately complex issues with mínimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
Other duties as assigned Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of two years of related work experience
Other minimum qualifications may apply
Work experience across multiple lines of business within master data function
Previous experience in enterprise resources planning system

The Master Data Supervisor for ANH TVN will lead various master data activities within the assigned region. In this role, you will lead the execution of master data management processes to ensure service level are met while adhering to relevant data standards. You will also be accountable for the master data project portfolio management for the region. Key Accountabilities

Lead and develop a team, coach and make decisions related to talent management, hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions.

Above five years experience background working in finance, supply chain, and sourcing
