A. PURPOSE OF POSITION

To manage and maintain accurate, consistent, and reliable master data across SAP and commercial systems, enabling "One Source of Truth" for business operations, reporting and analytics. The role governs and executes master data processes aligned with ABI's Simplification and Centralized Data Warehouse initiatives.

C. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Govern and execute master data creation, updates, and maintenance across SAP and commercial systems (DMS, SFA, CMS, POC360), include but not limited to:

o SKU and Pricing

o Category and channel segmentation

• Coordinate with business stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely data updates.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal controls and audit requirements; perform required controls timely (MICS)
• Execute mass uploads and updates using SAP and relevant tools.
• Monitor and resolve data quality issues; conduct regular cleansing and validation.
• Support migration and integration of master data into the Data Lake/ Data Warehouse (ensuring data readiness, mapping, cleansing for migration).
• Maintain process documentation and master data standards.
• Support system enhancements and projects to improve data quality and flow.
• Provide ad-hoc master data analysis and reporting to support business needs.

The Master Data Administrator at Visy Logistics is responsible for maintaining high standards of data integrity across key business systems including TMS, WMS, ERP, and other logistics platforms. This role focuses on executing and supporting data governance initiatives by managing the creation, cleansing, and maintenance of core datasets. The analyst will work closely with business units and the Master Data Manager to ensure consistent and accurate data is available for operations, finance and reporting. About the job:

NAB Financial Crime Operations are on a significant transformation journey to uplift our data and technology eco system to protect our customers and meet our Regulatory compliance obligations. This includes building centralised strategic financial crime data assets that will enable financial crime processes and controls. This role is critical to successful delivery of NAB's financial crime strategy by working closely with Product Owners and subject matter experts to ensure the integrity of data being ingested in financial crime systems. • Thiết kế, xây dựng và tối ưu các luồng ingest/ETL bằng Apache NiFi hoặc Apache Airflow (hoặc kết hợp cả hai tuỳ use case batch/stream).
• Thiết lập ingest CDC từ DBs Kafka (Debezium hoặc giải pháp tương đương); ingest từ API / File / Log / AI output.
• Mapping & chuẩn hoá schema giữa các nguồn khác nhau, xử lý kiểu dữ liệu, mã hoá ký tự, timezone, chuẩn hoá mã định danh.
• Xây dựng cơ chế kiểm tra chất lượng dữ liệu (record count, schema drift, null ratio, referential checks) ngay trong pipeline.
• Monitor & alert: theo dõi tình trạng pipeline NiFi/Airflow (latency, error rate, back pressure), cấu hình retry, fallback, reprocessing theo partition/time slice.
• Phân nhánh dữ liệu theo môi trường (dev/stg/prod), domain (event/log/master data) hoặc SLA khác nhau.
• Làm việc với nhóm Data Engineer / Analytics để bàn giao dữ liệu đã chuẩn hoá vào các zone lưu trữ (raw, staged, curated).

Air, Sea, inbound, outbound tracking data/info search in the carriers system

Tracking data input to Cello system (FIS/Tracking)

Communication with other branches operators (within Vietnam and overseas, if any)
