- 10+ years of progressive experience in managing large-scale civil infrastructure projects (e.g., roads, bridges, utilities, public works).
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry best practices.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) and collaboration tools.
- Strong understanding of contract management, risk assessment, and financial oversight.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- PMP certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
