Yêu cầu :
– Độ tuổi từ 39 tuổi trở xuống
– Bằng cử nhân trở lên về máy tính hoặc chuyên ngành liên quan. Bắt buộc đại học về ngành nghề IT.
– Từ 6 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc trở lên, từ 3 năm kinh nghiệm phát triển phần mềm, từ 3 năm kinh nghiệm quản lý dự án trở lên.
– Quen thuộc với công nghệ phát triển Java, thiết kế kiến trúc web dựa trên J2EE và các quy trình phát triển web. Có nhiều kinh nghiệm trong phát triển Web MVC (Struts, Spring, Hibernate, v.v.).
– Quen thuộc với kiến thức front-end và sử dụng jquery và ajax, nắm vững các quy ước html/html5 và các vấn đề về khả năng tương thích của trình duyệt.
– Quen thuộc với thiết kế và phát triển cơ sở dữ liệu dựa trên DB2, Oracle, postgre, MySql hoặc SqlServer.
– Quen thuộc với các quy ước thiết kế phần mềm và khả năng phân tích yêu cầu hệ thống và thiết kế kiến trúc.
– Có khả năng lập trình tốt và khả năng training để cải thiện năng lực cốt lõi của những người phụ trách bộ phận Dev.
– Có kỹ năng quản lý và lãnh đạo, kỹ năng giao tiếp, phối hợp tổ chức và đạo đức nghề nghiệp tốt.
* Ưu tiên tuyển dụng những người có kinh nghiệm phát triển tiếng Nhật.
