**About the Role**
**International HR Support**:
- Provide comprehensive HR support for our global team, ensuring compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with the HR team to streamline and standardise global HR processes.
**Talent Acquisition**:
- Assist in the recruitment process for international positions, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
- Source and identify top talent globally, leveraging your understanding of diverse cultural nuances.
**Employee Relations**:
- Act as a point of contact for global employees, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Foster a positive work environment.
**Performance Management**:
- Support the implementation of global performance management programs, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and values.
- Collaborate with managers to provide guidance on performance feedback and development opportunities.
**Training and Development**:
- Contribute to the design and delivery of training programs that cater to the diverse needs of our international workforce.
- Facilitate cross-cultural training initiatives to enhance global teamwork and collaboration.
**Data Management**:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
- Generate HR reports and analytics to support decision-making and strategic planning.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR roles with a focus on international HR practices.
- Fluency in English is essential; additional language proficiency is a plus.
- Strong understanding of global employment laws and regulations.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with a diverse workforce.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and other relevant software.
