International Trade & Customs Specialist position is responsible for using standard processes and solutions to enable shipments cross-regions, ensuring service requirements are met at the lowest possible cost. Communication is key in this role, both internally and externally.
+ Tariff and Customs Management: Accurately classify tariffs and qualify shipments for Free Trade Agreements (FTAs).
+ Regulatory Compliance: Ensure full compliance with governmental regulations, including accurate country of origin determination, valuation, and timely payment of duties.
+ Incoterms and Logistics: Determine appropriate Incoterms to streamline international transactions and minimize demurrage charges through efficient logistics coordination.
+ Documentation: Creating and maintaining classification records in P&G's internal database/system of record.
+ Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations and resolve issues promptly.
Job Qualifications
+ Diploma or Bachelor graduates
+ Proficient in English & Vietnamese
+ 2-3 years of experience in customs brokerage or import/export industry will be an advantage.
+ Communication is key in this role, both internally and externally.
+ Operation with Discipline - Able to work independently as well as in teams.
+ Collaboration - Strong interpersonal communication skill and can build good relationship with internal/external business partners.
+ Problem Solving - good thinking/analysis, and problem-solving skills. Able to independently gather and sort through data, do analysis, highlight trends, and recommend a solution.
+ Systems/Software - Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel and Word skills. Skill in Power Point will be an advantage.
