What we are looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in inventory control/warehouse management/supply chain, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or leader role.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management procedures, cycle count, stock reconciliation, and best practices.
- Ability to implement process improvement initiatives to reduce discrepancies and optimize stock accuracy.
- Solid understanding of inventory KPIs (e.g., stock accuracy, inventory turnover, shrinkage, aging stock).
- Hands-on experience with ERP/WMS/Inventory Management software and databases.
- Analytical mindset, strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
- Leadership skills to manage, coach, and develop a small inventory control team.
What you are going to do
Inventory Control & Accuracy
- Lead and oversee daily inventory operations, ensuring
accuracy between physical stock and system data
.
- Organize and monitor
cycle counts, spot checks, and full stock takes
.
- Investigate stock discrepancies, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations on stock handling.
Process & System Management
- Optimize inventory control processes and
improve system data integrity
.
- Maintain and update inventory records in ERP/WMS.
- Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, and Warehouse teams to ensure accurate stock movements.
- Monitor
slow-moving, obsolete, and damaged stock
, providing analysis and solutions.
Reporting & Analysis
- Generate and analyze regular inventory reports (e.g., stock status, variance reports, dead stock, aging stock).
- Provide insights and recommendations to management for inventory optimization.
- Develop and monitor
inventory KPIs

Leadership & Teamwork
- Supervise, train, and support inventory staff to ensure high performance and accountability.

Job Description
- Prepare and process Purchase Requisitions/Purchase Orders and maintain records of local materials ordered from suppliers and received at the material store
- Ensure all Purchase Orders are prepared in compliance with the Company's Purchasing Policies & Procedures
- Evaluate new and existing local suppliers by considering material price, quality, availability, and other criteria to meet Company requirements
- Review and analyze material inventory levels based on demand plans/forecasts, and make recommendations to the Superior regarding excess and obsolete inventory
- Maintain and update accurate material stock records between the physical count and the SAP system
- Oversee receiving of purchased local materials at the material store and issuing them to Production in the SAP system
- Prepare and submit Payment Requests for local suppliers
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the Superior
