- Provide recommendation and support to help business digital transformation and process efficiency using various Digital and Information Technology
- Drive continuous improvement to automate IT operations such as automating software, computer deployment
- Drive IT security awareness and ensure all IT equipment are comply with Information Security Vulnerability standard and policies
- Lead and support regional/local IT projects and drive project delivery and completion
- Adhere and maintain IT compliance of all internal controls within the business including software license, information security

- Ensure the preparation and maintenance of documentation, manuals and user notes
